Midea is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, earning a bachelor of science in marine engineering, and has an MBA, from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Di Salvo has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and is a certified public accountant.

Beggs began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from Harvard University in Massachusetts and a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Chemistry and Biology from Bates College in Maine.

Inglis holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
