chemical—are changing the melt flow behavior
and some melt properties, making it comparable
to a higher MFI level polymer.
TEMPERATURE PROFILE
When setting the cylinder temperature, the melt
temperature in the feed section should be lowered.
Ideally, depending on the polymer and screw length,
the melt temperature should be lower than the
activation temperature of the CFA to avoid gas losses
through the material hopper.
