transporten, eller forbrug af Produkterne eller med

hermed, eller Sælgers manglende evne til at købe
råmaterialer til en kommercielt rimelig pris, eller hvis
udførelse ville være i strid med eller udgøre en
overtrædelse af enhver regulering, lov eller krav fra en
anerkendt statslig myndighed, og mængder, der således
er påvirket, kan elimineres af Sælger fra denne kontrakt
uden ansvar eller erstatningspligt for Sælger.
