Late payments will bear contractual interest at the rate of five (5) times the legal interest rate for the current year. Seller shall have the right to terminate an order confirmation with immediate effect if at any time prior to delivery, a person or group of persons who are unrelated to the persons controlling Buyer as of the date of the order confirmation, acquires control, through ownership of voting securities or otherwise, over Buyer.
