Avient introduces the Syncure™ XLPE 200 Series, cross-linkable polyethylene formulations with a DBDPE-free alternative to traditional flame-retardant materials for low voltage cable systems. The Syncure XLPE 200 Series provides a DBDPE-free alternative while providing comparable performance to Avient’s traditional XLPE materials, including excellent flame performance and UL 44 compliance. The Syncure™ XLPE 200 Series is manufactured in the U.S. and commercially available globally.

Developed in response to the growing demand for improved sustainability in transportation, this reSound REC 7310 product series meets common automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and fogging. These initial grades in the series are 80 and 90 Shore A durometers and contain 35 or 45% PCR content from recycled food packaging. The reSound REC 7310 product series is manufactured and available in North America.
