We maintain our certification to the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Responsible Care® management system and comply with their Product Safety Code which goes beyond basic legal requirements. 

Under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, the US Food and Drug Administration provides detailed specifications regarding the requirements for acceptance of various polymers and TPEs for intended use in food applications.
