Si,
après au plus tard soixante (60) jours de négociations de bonne foi, l’acheteur et le vendeur ne
peuvent en arriver à une entente sur cette augmentation de prix et si le vendeur décide de ne pas
annuler l’augmentation, alors l’une ou l’autre des parties a le droit de résilier le présent contrat
immédiatement, moyennant un avis écrit à l’autre partie.
Sauf en cas de force majeure, si
l’acheteur n’est pas satisfait de la décision prise par le vendeur, l’acheteur peut résilier le présent
contrat moyennant : (i) un avis écrit de 10 jours; et (ii) paiement de tout produit reçu jusqu’à ce
jour, sans autre obligation.
