Dear Avient Shareholders,
2022 was a challenging year but also one filled with
significant accomplishments that we look back on
with a great sense of pride.
As a key aspect of our talent pipeline, we partner with leading universities around the world to hire approximately
140 associates each year into full-time, co-op or internship opportunities.
Based on our 2022 goodwill impairment test, performed as of October 1,
2022, no reporting units were identified as being at risk of future impairment.
