In the event Buyer is in default of any payments whatsoever due to Seller by more than fifteen (15) days, Seller shall be entitled to: (i) hold the shipment of any products ordered by Buyer until Buyer makes such payments; and (ii) require from Buyer immediate payment of any additional products ordered by Buyer prior to their shipment. 6.
