Seller shall not be liable for any hidden defects discovered either within the ten (10)-day warranty period following receipt of the Product or following the expiration of such warranty period. All claims of Buyer against third parties with respect to title to the Products shall be assigned automatically to Seller. 10. Except in the case of a force majeure, if not satisfied with Seller's determination, Buyer shall have a right to terminate the relevant purchase order(s) upon: (i) 10 days written notice; and (ii) payment for all Products received to date, without further obligation.
