broad-based growth across all regions and most end markets

• Third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.65 exceeded guidance of $0.62 and increased 14%
over prior year quarter, driven by organic revenue growth and margin expansion in both
segments, as well as lower interest expense
• 2024 full-year adjusted EPS guidance range narrowed to $2.63 to $2.67, from prior
guidance range of $2.55 to $2.70; Revised guidance reflects 11% to 13% growth in
adjusted EPS over the prior year
• Increased dividend 5% to $1.08, on an annualized basis, representing the fourteenth
consecutive annual increase
