This includes: • Ensuring quality and timeframe of sustainability and other corporate disclosures contained in financial and other reports (e.g., environmental) • Reviewing the Company’s cyber and data privacy programs and providing risk oversight related to cyber-security and data protection • Reviewing and discussing with management and the internal and independent auditors’ compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics; reviewing and discussing with management, the general counsel and the independent auditor the Company’s compliance with laws and regulations; advising the Board with respect to the Company’s policies and procedures regarding compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
