We must make changes to our Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs), soon to be called Safety Data Sheets
(SDSs) under the new GHS format.
Q8: What changes can be expected on PolyOne’s Safety Data Sheets?

Dear Valued Customer,
As part of PolyOne’s commitment to offer our customers the most value in a competitive global marketplace,
we are making changes to our Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) in order to meet the coming requirements
of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).
These new documents will be
called Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
Because our system generates new SDS documents when there is a
significant formulation or regulatory change, not all products will be accompanied by a new format SDS
immediately.
