While most batteries are traditionally metal-based, there are significant advantages to using polymers (plastics) instead, especially with recent advancements in polymer science that make using these materials in electric vehicle batteries possible. This latest addition to the Additives for Recycling (A4R) portfolio of solutions helps bring incompatible polymers, such as PP and PE, together by forming them into a homogenous polymer mixture that increases mechanical properties based on polymer modification and will be exhibited at the upcoming Fakuma International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing.
