New Union Ink UPLC Unimix: a flexible cure mixing system that offers highly opaque, intense colors for large and small screen printing projects. With 15 intermixable colors, UPLC Unimix allows screen printers to obtain thousands of Pantone® colors that cure at temperatures as low as 270°F (132°C).   Wilflex Revive inks are currently offered in a base and white ink and are compatible with the Wilflex Epic™ PC Express Color Mixing System.

When using multiple ink colors with hot-split inks, be sure to butt-register, rather than overlay ink on ink. If ink overlay occurs, ink/color strength will be impaired when the transfer is heat fused onto the garment. Remember to continue to keep the transfer paper in plastic wrapping or in a temperature controlled oven, as moisture will invariably be absorbed by the paper between each printed color.

Rutland Evolve Bio Plastisol Inks print compatibly with Rutland NPT C3 Pigments and can be mixed to thousands of Pantone®-simulated colors using IMS 3.0, Avient Specialty Inks’ proprietary color formulation software. When printing with these inks, formulas in IMS 3.0 will calculate the amount of bio-derived content associated with each Pantone color.
