Additional food contact-compliant formulations are also available as part of the broader Gravi-Tech REC portfolio.    

In addition to its electrical conductivity, Stat-Tech TPEs offer benefits compared to silicone and thermoset rubber, including simplified manufacturing due to single-step fabrication, more design freedom for complex geometries, and 2-component overmolding directly onto polymer substrates, reducing processing steps. Additional food contact compliance grades are also available.  

In addition to being lightweight, high stiffness is also a key contributor to the success of long carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. Additive technologies such as UV performance enhancement or impact modification are also available to tailor a solution for your specific need.
