Changes No deviation, substitution, or other difference related to the Goods and/or (performance of) the Services is permitted without Avient’s prior written approval including, but not limited to any of the following: (business) processes, (raw) materials (including supply source/grade) recipe, processing conditions, location of manufacture, equipment, testing methods and/or any other changes that might affect the specifications of the Goods and/or the Services. 11. Each policy shall provide for thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to be given by insurer to Avient in the event of any termination, non-renewal or cancellation, or any material change in coverage or deductibles.
