Cesa™ Fiber Additives Light Stabilizers for Synthetic Fibers and Nonwovens Non UV-stabilized fibers exposed to sunlight can suffer color fading and molecular changes that degrade their chemical and mechanical properties, leading to fraying and breakages.
APPLICATIONS Avient’s light stabilizers are suitable for PP, PET and PA fibers used in a wide range of applications including carpeting, upholstery, automotive textiles, artificial turf, awnings, marquees, blinds, sunshades, covers, tents, sun loungers and garden furniture.
They can be used either alone or in combination.

To avoid this, designers most often use aluminum to create heat sinks.
But with limited space, various metal systems used to manage heat may prove limiting to design possibilities.
With thermoplastic parts, there is rarely a need for secondary processing steps such as coating, welding, drilling or painting.

These new materials are available in a range of gloss levels and use temperatures, and can be used to produce capstock for vinyl, cellular vinyl, or wood-plastic composite profiles, or solid profiles and sheet if needed.
Capstock made from Geon Bold material is a cost effective alternative to painting, capping or laminating with materials such as fluoropolymers.

The new super black range is powered by a specialized technology that makes a spectrum of black colors appear deeper and more intense, and is suitable for small denier fiber and microfiber.
Compared to traditional dyes, the new super black masterbatch colorants for PA and PET fibers are a more sustainable solution.
They enable a clean and water-free process for synthetic fiber coloration that does not create pollutants.
