Our policies on slavery and human trafficking  The Avient Code of Conduct establishes a clear set of ethical and behavioral standards for the employees of Avient for our business conduct. Avient has a zero tolerance clause within its Code of Conduct against any type of retaliation towards employees who, in good faith, raise concerns or reports misconduct.   In the Avient Supplier Code of Conduct, which is applicable to the suppliers of ColorMatrix, Avient prescribes that its suppliers should not use slavery or human trafficking in connection with any product supplied to Avient.

Avient adds Recycled and Bio-Based Polyolefin Formulations to its Sustainability Portfolio for K 2022  New Maxxam™ REC, Maxxam™ BIO, and Nymax ™ BIO grades: An expanded portfolio of recycled and bio-based polyolefin and polyamide formulations now manufactured in Europe. These grades can offer a more sustainable alternative to traditional grades while achieving equivalent performance in many applications and industries, including transportation, industrial, consumer, electrical and electronic, and building and construction. 

Did you know that with the right formulation, you can achieve properties that are as good or better than that of PA 6,6 using materials such as PA 6, PK, PBT/PET, PP, polymer blends and even post-industrial recycled blends? Avient will exhibit newly launched OnColor™ Durable Orange Nylon Colorants for high-voltage electric vehicle (EV) connectors. Avient also will be exhibiting the expanded launch of PTFE-Free LubriOne™ Internally Lubricated Formulations to Asia. Initially launched in Europe in 2023, these grades extend Avient’s LubriOne™ Formulations portfolio and are made without fluorinated lubricants such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
