TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Products to another (“Buyer”) by
NEU Specialty Engineered Materials, LLC and its affiliates (“Seller”).
1.
If the parties cannot agree
upon and implement such changes within sixty (60) days after
such notice, Seller shall thereupon have a right to terminate this
contract forthwith by written notice to Buyer.
