ITOFIX EVO reactive dyes join a wide selection of specialist ITO range textile dyeing and finishing products Avient will highlight at ITMA 2023, including ITOGUARD AQUASHIELD+ non-PFC water repellent treatment and ITOLUX COT light fastness improving agent for reactive dyes.  

While parts molded in non-fluorinated LubriOne can remain lubricated for their useful life, they can also be recycled in PFAS-free material streams after use.

In addition to viewing live printing demonstrations throughout the show, attendees will also be able to explore PolyOne’s comprehensive portfolio of screen printing inks, from water-based and silicone to plastisol and non-PVC plastisol ink technologies from Wilflex™, Rutland™, Zodiac™, Union Ink™ and Printop™ brands, all in one space.

According to the DEVCOM Soldier Center, there is an urgent need to move toward non-PFAS alternatives within the personal protection industry.

The event, which began on September 19 and extends through October 3, mobilizes volunteers from the Alliance, employees of participating member and non-member companies, partners, and individuals to rid the world of litter – one piece at a time.  

It will highlight the progression from basic inks to the most cutting-edge products available today, such as bio-derived inks with 40-59% bio-content, energy-efficient inks that cure at lower temperatures (as low as 250°F compared to the traditional 320°F), and non-PVC inks.

Specifically developed for customers who want to enhance the sustainability of their general-purpose applications, the grades can be used for colored overmolded components in consumer electronics, caps and closures for non-food applications, product grips for razors and personal care products, handles for bicycles and power tools, and other overmolding applications.
