It’s challenging to produce interior automotive parts that are both cost effective and able to meet high consumer expectations for quality.
Our TPEs combine high quality, high productivity, and low production cost to meet your needs, whether you’re an OEM or a supplier.
A high productivity manufacturing process that drives low per-part cost is crucial for dealing with cost pressures.

While BBIT possesses higher thermal
stability (ca. 300C) than ZPT (Td,5% loss = 260C), it also
becomes increasingly volatile at temperatures in excess of
175C (Figure S2).
Without proper engineering controls,
this would challenge the applicability for TPEs under
normal thermal processing conditions for extrusion and
molding.
YI and opacity are increased as
ZPT loading increases, and processing at high temperatures
or extensive residence times appear to result in further
yellow-shifting (Figure S3).

ColorMatrix™ Lactra™ SX Light Blocking Additives for PET provided high-performance light blocking technology and enabled a recyclable alternative to long-life dairy packaging.
This additive is particularly suitable in packaging for ultra-high temperature (UHT) liquid dairy products, as these types of products have a longer shelf life, making them more susceptible to light-induced oxidation due to ambient storage conditions.
UHT dairy products require special packaging consideration for long ambient shelf life, and ColorMatrix™ Lactra™ SX Light Blocking Additive provided a high-performance light blocking product.
