Specialty acquisition broadens solutions portfolio of colorant and additives technologies for fiber applications NYSE: POL), a premier global provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions, today announced the acquisition of Magenta Master Fibers (Magenta), an innovative developer of specialty solid color concentrates for the global fiber industry.  Global Color, Additives and Inks segment, which last month unveiled its revolutionary new ColorMatrix™ Fiber Colorant Solutions that provide late-stage color injection in fiber applications utilizing liquid solutions.

Depending on the material, our composite and fiber solutions may run into challenges in finding outlets for waste to divert from landfill. The plan includes a range of options, including repurposing scrap composite rods as fence posts, recycling of scrap glass, and recycling of composite finished goods.
