Textured TPEs can replace expensive secondary painting or adhesion operations.
To produce a glossy finish, a polished mold is required and an unfilled grade should be used.
Vapor honing, sand or bead blasting and chemical etching are also used to produce textured surfaces with varying degrees of gloss.

Fiber-Line Engineered Fibers - Products & Applications
Fiber-Line™ engineered fiber solutions are designed to meet the most specific and demanding requirements
https://www.avient.com/crtm-panels-0
CRTM™ (continuous resin transfer molding) panels are high quality composite sandwich panels with tailored, multi-axial fiber reinforcements, high-fiber volume contents and very low void content.
Laminate skin face-sheets are also available with continuous fiberglass and/or carbon fiber reinforced polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy or custom resins.
This is possible because, unlike a pultrusion process where the resin is applied to the fiber before it enters the die, with CRTM the resin is injected directly into the die for better control of fiber alignment and resin kinetics.

Reliability and resilience of electrical transmission & distribution components gets a boost with fiber-reinforced composites
Fiber-reinforced polymer composites are prized for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, high stiffness, durability, and resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and environmental exposures.
Because of their inherent dielectric properties, glass fiber reinforced composites have long been used in electrical transmission and distribution applications such as insulators, arresters and other pole line hardware.
