Under the amendment, the term loan bears interest at the sum of Adjusted Term SOFR plus 2.50% or the sum of the Base Rate plus 1.50%.  They are based on management's expectations that involve a number of business risks and uncertainties, any of which could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed in or implied by the forward-looking statements.

The resulting custom-formulated materials – both TPEs and thermoplastics – will be based on Oceanworks Guaranteed* base resins.
