Syncure™ XLPE
GENERAL EXTRUSION GUIDELINES
Syncure™ systems are two-part, polyethylene based, moisture crosslinkable compounds
for wire and cable insulation.
Graft resin cannot be dried, has a 6 month shelf life when stored unopened in a cool dry location and must
be consumed after opening.

Screw 1½" to 6" Polyethylene type—Maddock; 3:1 compression ratio

Die On size with 1/8" or less land
L/D 24:1 or higher
