Avient’s management presents the ERM analysis to Avient’s Board of Directors regularly. Avient’s global cybersecurity program is designed to identify, protect, detect, respond to, and recover from threats.

All Avient manufacturing facilities comply with applicable regulatory requirements regarding emissions limits and hold valid air permits where required.
