El Comprador deberá dar aviso por escrito al Vendedor de la existencia de cada reclamo que involucre el Producto (ya sea basado en el contrato, incumplimiento de la garantía, negligencia, estricta responsabilidad, u otros actos) dentro los primeros 30 días siguientes a la recepción de la cantidad del Producto conformando la base de la reclamación o de la caducidad, si lo hubiere.
