The improvement in cost of sales as a percentage of sales was driven primarily by the increase in sales associated with ColorMatrix, a specialty platform business, which, like our other specialty businesses, has higher gross margins than our other segments. These RSUs, which vest over a 3-year service period, were granted to executives and other key employees.
