ColorMatrix™ Excelite™ Foaming Agents High performance liquid foaming additives for extrusion applications PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Excelite™ high performance liquid foaming additives are specifically designed for vinyl, polyethylene and polystyrene foaming applications. TARGET APPLICATIONS Excelite additives are available for numerous foaming applications, such as profiles, siding, decking, molding and pipe. Specific grades are available to meet food contact requirements and also as nucleating additives for physical foaming agents.

Hydrocerol Chemical Foaming Agents simply require an accurate additive or color concentrate feeder/ blender, which is usually on hand at most molders. ADDITION LEVELS OF FOAMING AGENTS Both the foaming agent and the thermoplastic resins are metered into the injection molding machine.
