Seller shall replace, free of charge, any Products which do not conform to these specifications in one or several deliveries. If Seller, acting reasonably, determines that the financial responsibility of Buyer has become impaired or otherwise unsatisfactory to Seller, Seller may require advance payment or the posting of satisfactory security by Buyer, and may withhold shipments until Buyer makes such payments or posts such security; such action by Seller shall not constitute a change of payment terms hereunder.
