Gajewski joined Avient in July 2013 from AkzoNobel/PPG and has since taken on multiple roles with increasing responsibility within the Human Resources function, including HR Director for Avient’s Color, Additives & Inks business segment, and an international assignment with responsibility for the EMEA and India regions. Gajewski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and is a licensed Professional in Human Resources.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.

Sanders received her Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in finance, also from the University of Texas at Austin.

She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Moot Court Board. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Miami University, where she graduated with honors.

Beggs began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of International Paper (NYSE: IP) and holds a CPA certificate from the state of Texas.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University and an MBA from the Max M.
