Seller shall
replace, free of charge, any Products which do not
conform to these specifications in one or several
deliveries.
All late payments shall bear an annual
interest of one month (1) EURIBOR plus 8% accrued
on a daily basis, notwithstanding any damages.
Seller
shall make its best efforts to cause the Products to be
delivered on such dates.
