Corrective Actions • Ensure that proper color concentrate carrier is used. • Increase machine back pressure and/or screw RPM. • Change the color concentrate carrier to a material with a lower melt temperature. • Increase temperatures. • Purge barrel thoroughly. • Check for cleanliness of regrind.
