Thermoset materials are chemically cross-linked and cannot be reprocessed or recycled. Thermoplastic materials are not molecularly cross-linked and can be reprocessed or recycled. Common examples are polypropylene (PP), nylon (PA), polyketone (PK), and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
