Therma-Tech™ formulations combine the heat transfer and cooling capabilities of metal with the design freedom and lightweight benefits of thermoplastics. Spanning a range of polymer systems, the portfolio includes formulations made with select engineered resins, proprietary conductive additives, and recycled natural graphite. These materials improve thermal conductivity by 50 to 100 times compared to conventional plastics.

Ideal for heat-sensitive applications - ranging from LED lighting to automotive lighting and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) - Therma-Tech protects sensitive electronics from hotspot formation while offering significant advantages over traditional metals like aluminum:

Lightweight Performance: Replaces heavier metals to reduce overall vehicle or component weight, which is critical in transportation and advanced mobility.

Design Freedom & Efficiency: Injection moldable into complex shapes that aluminum cannot easily achieve, enabling functional integration and part consolidation.

Sustainability: Includes eight dedicated grades utilizing recycled natural graphite, which can also be formulated with post-industrial recycled (PIR) polymers to support customers sustainability goals.

Cost-Effectiveness: Lowers total system costs through simplified production and offers highly economical, price-competitive options for price-driven applications.
