than metal, you can conserve more valuable space and provide
greater design flexibility.
• FIBER-LINE® high-performance fibers protect against thermal de-
gradation, resist harsh fluids, and add insulation.
• FIBER-LINE® Colorcoat™ replaces recently discontinued solution-
dyed products.
We believe that our ongoing
commitment to protect the environment, to remain at
the forefront of fiber and coating technology, and to
‘treat others as we want to be treated’ will continue to
drive the success of our customers, shareholders, and
employees.

X-ray and CT scanner manufacturers must design
machines capable of protecting patients from
harmful X-ray exposure.
These machines have
traditionally been manufactured using lead to
provide such protection.
Ideal applications include collimator
components, lining for walls or cabinetry in X-ray
suites, and enclosures to protect sensitive
electrical and electronic components regularly
exposed to X-rays.

Amosorb provides a
cost-effective and flexible package that
can adapt to the requirements of specific
foods and beverages in terms of product
protection and shelf life, while helping to
achieve sustainability targets.
Flexibility
The level of oxygen barrier required can be
easily tailored by assessing customer needs
(i.e product to be protected, bottle configuration,
shelf life, etc.), and with the support (if needed)
of a modeling service to maintain optimized
performance.
The ColorMatrix™ oxygen scavenger
portfolio provides advanced product
protection extending the shelf life of
oxygen sensitive beverages and foods
packed in PET and rPET containers.

ColorMatrix™ Lactra™ LX Light Blocking Additive for PET
A bright white, light blocking technology for UHT dairy packaging
ColorMatrix™ Lactra™ LX Light Blocking Additive
provides high-performance light blocking
technology and protection for liquid dairy products
in monolayer polyethylene (PET) bottles.
It is
a bright white, solid masterbatch additive that
protects contents from visible light and extends shelf
life.
Available primarily in North America, the Lactra
LX technology is especially effective in ultra-high
temperature (UHT) liquid dairy products which have
a longer shelf life and need greater protection due to
ambient storage conditions.
