It had to provide temperature and impact resistance, along with UV resistance and anti-oxidation properties to prevent discoloration.
The necessary levels of temperature, impact, UV and oxidation resistance were achieved through stabilizing additives.
Testing was done with onsite technical support to assure optimal results in production.

The new Cesa tracer concentrates contain special taggants that are incorporated into fibers during the spin-dyeing process and are customized to be unique for each customer and product line.
The new Cesa tracer concentrates are currently available for polyester and polyamide (nylon) fibers, including recycled grades.
Cesa fiber tracer concentrates comply with the fiber industry’s key regulatory requirements by EN, DIN, and UNI.

Ejector Pin Design Guidelines
When designing ejector pins, the following
guidelines should be used, which can be seen
in figure 42.
If
the material is shear-sensitive, consult the
material data sheet or processing guide for
instructions to set recovery time
• The cooling time should only be 1–2 seconds
longer than the screw recovery time, unless
dictated by dimensional stability or part
thickness
Minimize Clamp Pressure
This step is done to reduce the amount of energy
used by the machine
Note: Once the process has been established, the parts should be tested for dimensional stability over the range of service
termperatures.
