Designers Brian Everett, Jane Spikowski, and John Church of PolyOne’s IQ Design team donated design time and expertise to help White, executive director of GV2020, develop his invention, a diagnostic device called the U-See™.

So how do you know what to choose? Known for offering tight seals and reducing vibration and noise, certain thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), like OnFlex™ grades, may be better suited for your particular application than the historically incumbent materials, like general purpose TPEs, thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV), and thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO). Values reported as “typical” or stated without a range do not state minimum or maximum properties; consult your sales representative for property ranges and min/max specifications.

Not all countries have adopted the same GHS requirements in the same way or in the same timeframe; there are still differences that likely will not go away in the near term. The new SDS uses a 16 section format as do our existing MSDSs, and generally requires the same information to be printed, but some differences will be evident. It is PolyOne’s practice to provide warning of this potential for managing fines that may be generated from otherwise solid form materials, like pellets.
