It has good tensile, thermal, flex, and impact properties like nylon (PA) while maintaining some of the same characteristics as acetal (POM), such as excellent wear, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability.

GHS generally requires more information on the hazards of chemicals to be included on an SDS, and requires it
in a different format, so GHS SDSs are generally longer than before.
PolyOne manages the implementation of GHS so as to accurately reflect the properties of our products, and
while we do not anticipate wholesale changes to the documents that accompany our solutions because of the
change, we do believe some changes will be evident.

In doing so, we can cut the waste and emissions generated
in the production of materials.
Plastics
In many ways, plastics are a perfect example of why a circular economy is so
important.

The United States, Canada, European
Union member states and many other countries have either committed to adopting GHS requirements, or
have done so already.
After these changes are made, corresponding changes will be made
to classification labels on our products so that classifications and warnings on documentation and labels
match.
First came the
requirement for employers to train their employees on the new requirements by December 1, 2013 so our

When designing the cooling
channels, they must provide sufficient cooling to
avoid post-expansion, particularly in thick-wall
parts, and even more so, when using an exothermic
CFA.
The most important processes are:
• CBE process (Core-Back Expansion)
• Gas counterpressure process
• Co-injection molding (sandwich method)
• Dynamic tool heating
• IMD process (In-Mold Decoration)
In all these processes, Hydrocerol Chemical Foaming
Agents provide excellent results.

When slush molding a door panel, vinyl
powder is added to a hot mold, which melts the powder
to a 1 mm-thick coating, and the mold then rotates
so that the melted material can fill the entire cavity.
Further,
the team developed a custom colorant that matched
the automaker’s interior color specs, and then
developed the final product so that the armrest could
be molded in color.
