Commenting on the company’s 2021 outlook, Mr.
Patterson added, “For the full year 2021, we are also increasing estimates and now expect
revenues of approximately $4.6 to $4.7 billion and adjusted EPS of $3.00, a 55% increase over
the prior year."

Third quarter 2021 GAAP EPS from continuing operations was $0.57 compared to $0.02 in the
prior year third quarter.
The company maintains its previously communicated full-year
adjusted EPS guidance of $3.00, which is an increase of 55% over the prior year adjusted EPS
of $1.93.
