Engage has been a key program to improve engagement and our culture of learning in our manufacturing locations. The virtual format enables full and equal participation of all shareholders regardless of location, and reduces the cost and environmental impact of the Annual Meeting. We have decided to hold the Annual Meeting virtually again this year because doing so enables greater shareholder attendance and participation from any location around the world, and reduces the cost and environmental impact of the Annual Meeting.
