Our unique position in the supply chain allows us to
work with suppliers to innovate materials solutions to help our customers succeed, while
enabling a sustainable world.
Use natural resources (e.g., water, sources of energy,
raw materials) in an economical way.
Inform Avient of financial, economic, supply changes
(including origin or conflict status of 3TG metals),
government regulations or other materials
conditions that could affect ongoing operations or
operating decisions, or if the company has been
debarred as a government contractor

Precautions: the extruder should not be idle with the material in the hot barrel.
Processing conditions can cause material properties to shift from the values stated in the information.

https://www.avient.com/sites/default/files/2021-06/plastisol-storage-handling-technical-bulletin.pdf
Plastisols will most likely change over time and
material should be used on a first-in-first-out (FIFO)
basis as quickly as possible.
Processing conditions can cause material properties to shift from the values stated in the information.
Stirring should be done
gently so as not to introduce air or heat into the
plastisol, but forceful enough to re-disperse any
settled material on the bottom.

In order to satisfy the demand for a circular
economy, governments are legislating increased
use of recycled material in single use packaging.
Our testing shows that
ColorMatrix Amosorb 4020G is one of the most
robust oxygen scavengers for PET rigid containers,
with negligible effect on oxygen scavenging efficacy
for the rPET grade tested, while other competitive
materials lost almost all efficacy with rPET content
as low as 20%.
