At this show, Avient will feature colorants and additives to enhance product performance and sustainability and highlight industry certifications and collaborations, including: Avient Sustainable Fiber Additives: include bluesign® SYSYEM PARTNER colorants and recycled fiber solutions with Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certifications, and biodegradable fiber solutions with EN13432 certifications. GRS 4.0 Standard Certification: is an international, voluntary, full-product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.

Our key development opportunities include nomination-based leadership programs (such as NextGen, Emerging Leaders and Elevate), foundational leadership training for all current or aspiring people managers, called Core Leadership, and LSS training at a variety of levels, where individuals can be certified for job-specific LSS programs, up through Master Black Belt certification.
