Membership
The Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board
of Directors (the “Board”) of Avient Corporation (the “Company”) will consist entirely of
directors who meet the definition of “independent” as set forth in the Corporate
Governance Standards of the New York Stock Exchange.

During the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, the total number of SARs granted was 0.4 million, 0.5

The SARs were valued using a Monte Carlo simulation method as the vesting is dependent on the achievement of
certain stock price targets.

The PolyOne Corporation 2017 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan reserved 2.5 million common shares for the
