لا تسري اتفاقیة الأمم المتحدة بشأن عقود البیع الدولي مم المتحدةاتفاقیة الأ. 20 للبضائع على المبیعات بموجب ھذه الشروط. 21. قانون المعمول بھ والتحكیمال. 21 ینشأ من ھذه الشروط ویحُال أي نزاع دون النظر إلى مبادئ تعارض القوانین، أو یتعلق بھا، والذي یشمل أي مسألة بشأن وجودھا أو صحتھا أو إنھائھا، إلى لندن للتحكیم الدولي، وتعد تلك محكمة التحكیم ویفُض نھائیًا بموجبھ وفقًا لقواعد بالإحالة في ھذه المادة.
