In 2023 all staff, salaried and hourly, will complete training on modern slavery and trafficking as part of the online Code of Conduct Training. Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking   In 2023 the following key performance indicators (KPIs) will be used to measure how effective we have been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains •    100% completion of the Code of Conduct for all associates •    Continuation with the vendor measurement process during 2023
