In any such event as described above, all outstanding claims of Seller shall become due and payable immediately with respect to the Products delivered to Buyer and not repossessed by Seller. 10. Within 10 (ten) days after receipt of such notice, Seller may exercise its right to terminate the order confirmation by giving Buyer written notice. 19.
