Supplier shall provide Avient with all necessary information about the Security Incident as well as reasonable assistance needed for Avient to fulfill its legal obligations. Supplier holds any and all licenses, permits, end-user statements and any other documents, which are required in the country of origin, of transit and of destination to perform its obligations and will immediately notify Avient of any legal restrictions.
