LubriOne internally lubricated formulations made without PTFE were first introduced in 2023 and are available in a wide range of solutions with base resins from polyamide 6.6 (PA66) and polyoxymethylene (POM) to polycarbonate (PC) and polyphenylene ether (PPE).

Maxxam™ REC recycled polyolefins are formulated with 25-100% recycled resin from post-industrial recycled (PIR) and post-consumer recycled (PCR) sources. Maxxam™ BIO bio-based polyolefins are formulated with 15-100% bio-based resin and/or natural filler from renewable plant sources. Avient will exhibit at Hall 8A/G10 at K 2022 in Düsseldorf, Germany, from October 19-26, 2022. 

It also has good temperature resistance, performing over a broad temperature range, from minus 40 to 80 degrees Celsius and excellent resistance to water absorption. This makes them valuable in aerial drop cables, which are often under continuous stress from the clamps that hold them in place. The new reSound REC GP 7820 TPE grades from Avient contain up to 60% recycled content from either post-consumer recycled (PCR) streams or a combination of PCR and post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials, depending on regional availability. The new reSound REC GP 7820 TPE grades are available in hardnesses ranging from 40 – 80 Shore A.
